Chef Anthony’s culinary journey began at just 14, crafting buckwheat galettes and crepes at a bustling creperie. This early experience ignited his passion for food and people, and now, Anthony brings the authentic flavors of his homeland to the North Bay Area with a contemporary flair.

Pirouette Crepes’ mission is to share the true essence of traditional French crepes and galettes, enhanced with the vibrant ingredients and creativity inspired by California’s rich natural and cultural bounty.
